Who are we?

The quality of everything that we do, depends on the quality of the thinking that we do first.

And the quality of our thinking, depends on how we are treated when we are thinking.

My name is Becca Timmins, and I am passionate about supporting others to fulfil their potential.  I would love to work with you to fulfil yours!

I've worked in Financial Services for over 20 years, with 12 of those in  Operations roles.  In that time I've seen the incredible power of creating a safe and trusting environment and culture where people are given the space and encouragement to think well for themselves.  I've also experienced for myself the transformative difference that coaching has made to my life and work.

As an accredited Time to Think Coach and Facilitator, I have extensive experience coaching and developing people within a Thinking Environment framework, working with individuals at all levels, primarily within financial planning businesses.  I also have three kids, and so know well the challenges of finding balance and harmony between professional and family life!

All of the work that I do is based on Thinking Environment principles, as I believe it provides the most effective foundation to work from.  I can offer thoughts and insight in a coaching session, supporting the development of self awareness and other key leadership skills.  But I will only ever do so after you have had plenty of time to think for yourself!

With groups, I can help you and your team to listen, think and act together more effectively.  In doing so, you can create a safe, productive environment, in which creativity and personal development thrive.

I would love to chat, to see how I could support you in fulfilling your potential.  Please do get in touch, or drop me an email.

In 2020, I was invited by Dominika Sieradzka of the fantastic RIE Solutions to present to their Master Practitioners Club.  The video at the bottom of this page is a recording of that presentation, introducing more about who I am and the impact that I have seen the Thinking Environment have on the culture of the team I work most closely with.
